What do you like best about Suped?

I think the platform is appealing because it is so straightforward to use for someone with little to no technical expertise. The platform has corresponded positively with my eCommerce brand and has helped generate a high percentage of leads at this time, and has improved the overall performance of our email marketing campaigns. What do you dislike about Suped?

One area that I would like to see improvement in is more advanced features and customization. The analytics and reporting features can also be more in-depth to allow for more detailed analysis. The user interface was designed to be very easy for non-computer-savvy people to use because of its simple design, so if someone has literally no idea how to use a computer, they will still be able to use the system. I found the customer support to be very responsive and effective, with fast answers and generally very helpful.
